What happens if I receive a defective part?
If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your order, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will review it promptly and either remake the part or issue a full refund. We also cover return shipping for defective parts.
Do you offer tighter tolerances?
Absolutely. While our standard tolerances cover most applications, we can accommodate tighter tolerances for critical dimensions. Specify your requirements during design upload, and we'll confirm feasibility and any additional costs.
How do you ensure material quality?
