Choose the right finish for your parts: raw straight off the laser, or powder coated in a standard or custom colour.
Three finish options
Pick the finish when you order. Raw parts are the quickest; powder coating adds a coating and curing step after cutting and folding, so it adds time, which is confirmed at checkout.
Raw / Mill Finish
Straight off the laser, no surface treatment. The fastest and most economical option.
Standard Powder Coat
Black or white powder coat applied after cutting and folding.
Custom-Colour Powder Coat
Powder coat in the colour you specify.
In detail
Raw / Mill Finish
Parts are supplied as cut and folded. The natural mill finish of the sheet is retained, including any protective film on aluminium or the characteristic oxide surface on hot-rolled mild steel. Edges are as cut from the laser.

Standard Powder Coat
A durable, evenly applied powder coat in black or white, cured in an oven for a hard, bonded finish. The most common choice for brackets, enclosures and anything that will be handled or seen.

Custom-Colour Powder Coat
The same powder coat process in a colour of your choice. Give us a RAL reference or describe the colour you need and we confirm availability before production starts. Custom colours can add time to the order.
