What is Partspark?

Partspark is an on-demand sheet metal manufacturing platform. You can design, validate, price, and order custom laser-cut and CNC-bent parts entirely in your browser — no phone calls, no sales process, and no CAD software required.

Upload an existing DXF or SVG file, or use the built-in Part Designer to create parts from parametric templates. Either way, you get an instant price and can place your order in minutes.

Two Ways to Create a Part

Part Designer

Choose from six parametric templates — bracket, flange, gear, mounting plate, spacer, or text cutout. Adjust dimensions with sliders, see a live 3D preview, and the platform generates a ready-to-order DXF automatically. No CAD experience needed.

Part Uploader

Upload your own DXF or SVG flat-pattern file. The platform parses the geometry, runs a real-time DFM check, and gives you an instant price. Accepted formats: DXF and SVG.

End-to-End Workflow

1. Sign up and confirm your email
2. Go to app.partspark.com.au and choose your entry point
3. Design with a template or upload a DXF / SVG file
4. DFM validation runs automatically — fix any errors flagged
5. Select material, grade, thickness, and quantity
6. Review the instant price breakdown
7. Add to cart and check out securely via Stripe
8. Track your order status under My Orders
